The certainty that problems that fall within the warranty will be solved within one working day with repair or replacement (temporary) equipment.
Easy upgrade by exchanging old devices for a newer model. You only pay the price difference. You will also receive a data removal certificate stating that your old storage has been securely erased.
The processing equipment meets the highest quality requirements. rd is certified according to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 27001 (data security). The guarantee that everything is processed safely, responsibly and in an environmentally friendly way.
Refurbished Direct uses data erasure software (Blancco) that has been approved by the General Intelligence and Security Service in the Netherlands (AIVD). This software removes all data from computers, laptops, phones and tablets. This gives 100% certainty that all data has been permanently erased and you will receive a report with a data removal certificate for each device/storage.
We accept hardware from all brands. Desktops, laptops, tablets, telephones, monitors, printers, keyboards, mice, network equipment, thin clients, equipment in server and patch cabinets, separate storage media such as hard drives, tapes and CDs. We even take packaging material with us.
Many customers want to donate the residual or trade-in value of the returned hardware to a charity of their choice. That is a wonderful addition to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Refurbished Direct is working with Stichting ITdonations. Our advisors are happy to tell you more about this.
